Life Changing Results

My journey sounds like many I’m sure! I have been able to lose weight fairly easily anytime I wanted to, but once I quit whatever fad diet or program I had been on the weight came right back. Sure I was skeptical about this system as well, but I’m now 5 months into Phase 6 and I have continued to maintain my weight loss and even lost a little more since entering this phase. Was it easy, no, did I love those first 40 days no, but I made it through them with no problems! You have to be committed and want this program to work! I lost 60lbs and went from a 42 inch waist down to a 36 inch, for the first time in my adult life. My blood pressure is great, and I feel better than I have in years.
