A friend of mine put a photo of us on her facebook page and that was when I realised I had to make a change! I had become used to looking at my over weight self in the mirror. My boys were all grown up and it was time for me to become healthy!! I embarked on the Nutrimost Program. It was the best decision I could have made!!! I now have more energy, sleep better, no more joint pain and no more constant headaches! I have learnt about the right foods for my body for optimal health and have kept the weight off!!! I will never go back to being unhealthy again. I now work at the office where I went initially. I love seeing people come in every day excited about their weight loss journeys.
