Brentwood office

My only issue with this office is that they cancelled two of my appointments esp. the one close to my 40th day & I ran out of the weight loss formula & was out for three days. When I started the program I let them know I only had Friday’s for my appointments due to working out of town. That wasn’t a problem at first but it was since two appointments were cancelled.
