What to
expect? On
your first visit to our office you will be welcomed as a member of our family and our receptionist will greet you with a warm
smile. You will then be asked to fill out some forms which will help us gain some information about yourself and your condition.
Dr. Johnson will then talk to you and ask
you some specific questions regarding your condition to determine if chiropractic care may be of benefit to you. If Dr. Johnson
can help you, the doctor will let you know. If Dr. Johnson cannot help you, you will be referred to a doctor that will be
able to help you the most. Nothing will be done in our office without your consent.
After a thorough consultation with the doctor, you will have a complete chiropractic examination.
This will include testing your reflexes, your ability to turn and bend as well as other standard orthopedic, neurologic, postural,
and physical examinations. The doctor will gain valuable information regarding your condition so that a better understanding
of how chiropractic can help you. If necessary, the doctor may take X-Rays.
Once all the information and examinations have been performed, the doctor will give you a report
of findings and tell you recommendations for treatment.
Our office participates in many insurance programs. We also accept auto accident liens and workers compensation

For patients who have
little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged.
Insurance- Most insurance plans are accepted
at our office. Listed on this page are some of insurance companies we accept. If you do not see your insurance provider listed,
or are unsure of your coverage, do not hesitate to call us. Our staff will verify and explain your benefits before treatment,
at no charge.
Advance Chiropractic offers three
choices of care:
Option 1- Band aid care- treatment consist of three times per week until patient has achieved
the results they are looking for. This type of care goes week by week.
Option 2- Corrective
care- three times a week for 12 weeks. The first goal is to improve spinal range of motion and improve spinal
joint motion as well as proprioceptive input. Second, to strengthen spinal musculature and make the spine more
stable. Three, to improve spinal alignment and improve posture to near normal dimensions.
Option
3- To maintain a healthy spine and prevent future problems. Also to prevent movement deficiencies and
spinal toxicities. This will help keep you from developing a chronic stress response. (To learn, make sure
you attend our nutrition/wellness class.) Care requires one adjustment every two weeks depending upon the person.
Each visit consists of a spinal adjustment, spinal exercises, spinal strengthening machines, trigger point therapy, stretching and
