From Suffern: Take the NYS Thruway to Exit 14. Make
left off ramp, then follow Spring Valley directions (below).
From New Jersey: Take
Garden State Parkway North, then go east on 287 and take Exit 14 (first exit: Spring Valley). Follow Spring Valley directions
(below). If close to Pearl River, take those directions.
Via the Palisades: Exit
to Route 59 W, then follow Nyack directions (below).
From
Nyack: Take Route 59 West toward the Nanuet Mall. Take a left onto Middletown Road. Follow Middletown Rd. past Martios Pizza
on the right. At the next intersection/light (corner of Church St. and Middletown Rd), you will see the Nanuet Restaurant
and my office in next on the right in a strip center, next to Subway sandwich place. If you pass Jolene cleaners, you've gone
too far.
From Spring Valley: Take Route 59 East toward
the Nanuet Mall. Pass the Nanuet Mall on the right and take a right onto Middletown Road. Follow Middletown Road for about
1 mile. You will pass Martios Pizza on the right. At the next intersection/light (corner of Church St. and Middletown Road),
you will see the Nanuet Restaurant. My office is next on the right in a strip center, next to Subway sandwich shop. If you
pass Jolene cleaners, you’ve gone too far.
From Pearl River: Take Middletown Road toward the Nanuet Mall. After you pass Jolene Cleaners on the left, at the next light
(corner of Church St. and Middletown) you will see our office. We are located in the strip center on the left next to Subway,
Beltone Hearing, and the Nanuet Mini Mart.
From New City: Follow Rte. 304 to Rte. 59 West. Follow Rte. 59 to the Nanuet Mall. Make a left onto Middletown Road. Follow
Middletown Road about 1 mile. Pass Martios Pizza on the right. At the next light (corner of Church St. and Middletown Road),
you will see Nanuet Restaurant, Subway, and Advance Chiropractic is on the right, in a strip center. We are between Subway
sandwich shop and Beltone Hearing.
From Haverstraw: Take Palisades to Exit 10 (Middletown Rd.), as if you are going to the Nanuet Mall. Make left off ramp. Make
right onto Middletown road. Cross Rte. 59. Stay on Middletown Rd and continue for about 1 mile. You will pass Martios Pizza
on the right. At the next light (corner of Church St. and Middletown Road), you will see Nanuet Restaurant, Subway, and Advance
Chiropractic on the right, in a strip center. We are between Subway sandwich shop and Beltone Hearing.
